Movement Evolution.
No Boundries.
In classes and workshops, as well as personal training, we teach intelligent ways to improve your mobility; progressions for whole-body strength; and practices for core balance and coordination. Our multi-disciplinary approach melds gymnastics, yoga, and martial arts with functional knowledge of human movement and kinesiology. We work not only with athletes in such sports as surfing and sports climbing to improve their performance, but also with gym rats and fitness enthusiasts of every type focused on improving their health and conditioning.
Sports Camps, Trainings and Retreats
M.E. events run the gamut from supporting U.S. Olympic team training camps to instructor-training programs and courses on subjects ranging from sports performance and injury prevention to functional movement and alignment-centered yoga. We also help organize wellness retreats in Japan. Through our connections with sports organizations and local governments, we have access to unique facilities and opportunities all around the country.
Tokyo Handstand School
Why learn to handstand? Nothing we know better signifies strength, coordination, confidence, and love of life than standing on your hands.
The Tokyo Handstand School is open to all. Our approach integrates gymnastics and hatha yoga skills. We teach everyone from yoga beginners to elite athletes to dancers. Our students include kids and 60-year olds with no sports background. Most people can learn to handstand. If you’re reading this and are curious, odds are you can, too.

Movement is life.
Life is movement.
We know that this is true long before we take our first step. For athletes, efficient movement is the performance edge. But elite athletes are not the only ones that benefit from building better movement patterns. And kids are not the only ones who love climbing trees. Until you take the first step, you don’t know idea how far you can move.
